CANAL DAY

This Sunday is Canal Day! That’s right folks I am back at Canal Day again this year. I will be posistioned somewhere near the pavilion for St. Michael’s Park in Mont Clare Pennsylvania. The Schuylkill Canal is found right across the river from historic downtown Phoenixville and looks to be a fun filled day. So bring the family and all your friends and don’t forget to swing by my booth/table to get post cards, photos, paintings, books and comics. I will also have my brand new painting of a canal lock titled “Lock in the Woods” with me.

You can buy it before it is even available on my website. So if you are anywhere in the Philadelphia area Sunday, plan to be at Canal Day and pick up some great original art.

Finally after years without touching a paintbrush I now have a completed painting. Surprisingly it was just like riding a bike. My goal for this year is to do a painting a month. Well five months into the year and I now have one done. Just eleven more to go. I was so happy about having a new painting done that I just had to post a news post about it. Look in the coming weeks for the original and prints to be available for sale.
